Brief

Initiated by the Prime Minister and co-hosted by the Australian Government, the International Energy Agency, and the Business Council of Australia, the Indo-Pacific Clean Energy Supply Chain Forum (The Sydney Energy Forum) brought together 300 global leaders on 12-13 July 2022. The event focused on advancing clean energy supply chains in the Indo-Pacific through collaboration, innovation and practical action.

Brand Rebellion was engaged to project manage and deliver a world-class innovative forum on behalf of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.

Approach

  • Successfully delivered a high-impact international forum that set a new benchmark for Australian Government events and strengthened cross-sector collaboration.
  • Delivered end-to-end project management, including governance structures, strategic documentation and RACI matrix development for clarity and alignment.
  • Conducted content and messaging reviews to ensure consistency and alignment across the event prospectus and promotional materials.
  • Produced a suite of video assets, sustainable event initiatives and interactive onsite activations in collaboration with key partners to increase cohesion and engagement amongst the sector.
  • Designed and developed digital assets and branded touchpoints to enhance engagement before, during and after the forum.

The Sydney Energy Forum was a world class event, with delegates remarking on the unmatched quality of the event, which put Australia back on the world stage in the clean energy space, and demonstrated our willingness to be a global leader in this regard.
