Brief

Defence Agencies are vital pillars within the government’s structure combining the expertise of Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, civilians from the Australian Public Service (APS) and skilled contractors. A key initiative aimed to upgrade an enterprise ICT environment to meet evolving ADF needs. The main challenge was acquiring, growing and retaining a highly skilled contractor workforce aligned with the expanding program.

Brand Rebellion was engaged to lead the workforce stream, ensuring the right talent, structure and strategies were in place to support delivery at scale and pace.
