Rhythm and Cardiac Specialists (RCS) are an eminently experienced team of Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists consulting and operating in Canberra. They are leaders in cardiac care and arrhythmia diagnosis and treatment, with Dr Muayad Alasady setting up the Cardia Electrophysiology service at The National Capital Private Hospital in 2013, and at The Canberra Hospital in 2019.

Brand Rebellion was engaged to help RCS establish their brand and launch their new practice at Calvary in Canberra.

Approach

  • Managed the RCS brand rollout across all touchpoints, including signage, templates, business collateral and digital platforms.
  • Designed and launched a user-friendly website optimised for SEO, clearly communicating RCS’s services and commitment to patient care.
  • Created a suite of HR policies and procedures aligned to organisational values and clinical professionalism to guide internal operations.
  • Built an online policy portal streamlining access and compliance for staff, with acknowledgment functionality for core policy compliance
  • Provided change management support including employee communications, onboarding integration and guidance for policy adherence.
