Brief

The National Museum of Australia (NMA) is a cultural institution committed to preserving and sharing the diverse stories, cultures and histories that shape the nation. With a four-year funding guarantee secured in 2023, NMA saw an opportunity to future-proof its workforce and align people strategies with its institutional goals and a digital transformation.

Brand Rebellion was engaged to deliver a comprehensive strategic workforce plan and lead the implementation of key initiatives to enhance diversity, inclusivity, capability, and long-term workforce resilience.
