Brief

The Department of Defence is a cornerstone of Australia’s national security, supported by a large and complex workforce comprising Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel, Australian Public Service (APS) staff, and contractors. As part of a major initiative to expand a single information environment, Defence faced the challenge of integrating a highly specialised technical workforce while maintaining operational stability. Strategic workforce planning was essential to meet evolving capability demands in a dynamic environment.

Brand Rebellion was engaged to deliver a comprehensive, multi-tranche workforce planning project to support Defence’s transformation and ensure alignment with the Integrated Investment Program (IIP) and Defence People Group (DPG) requirements.
